What I really want to talk about is a bit more esoteric. Being positive really makes a huge difference and this is the most easily to interpret the meaning of bringing your own sunshine. Ask your Angels to help you stay positive regardless of whatever storms may be brewing around you. You and I have the opportunity to be the shining light, the voice of positivity, the voice of presence, and the calm amidst the storm.īringing your own sunshine can be as simple as bringing a positive outlook to your day. Their vibration is decreasing because of it. There is drama unfolding on the world stage and a lot of people are getting dragged into that. There is so much negativity in the world. This is incredibly relevant right now for a couple of reasons. You've probably heard this expression before, or at least one that’s similar. “No matter the weather, bring your own sunshine.” Bring Your Own Sunshine – Open Your Heart Light and Create Sunshine From Within Visualize yourself glowing as the sun as pure sunlight. Open your heart, feel the divine light pouring in all around you. Release these into the light and welcome the sunlight to shine brighter, more radiantly, more in alignment with your authentic truth and your true divine nature as a crystalline being. Let go of any lower vibrations, fear, doubt, or tension. Relax and allow your cells to fill with more and more light as you become more vibrant, energized, supercharged. Feel the sunlight flowing into each and every cell. Expand your heart with golden crystalline sunlight. Ground the sunlight all the way down to the crystalline core of Gaia.īreathe and let the light flow into your heart. Pause at your solar plexus chakra and visualize it lighting up like the sun. Continue down along your spinal column, into your throat, heart, solar plexus, and your root chakra. Let it flow in through your crown chakra and down through your pineal gland (opening your third eye).
Sunlight carries the light frequency and crystalline light consciousness. Let your crown chakra open to absorb the divine light of the sun that carries codes of awakening. Breathe, relax, open your heart, and feel the light of the sun flowing down in through your crown chakra at the top of your head. Feel the sunlight streaming in, pouring down all around you. Do it inside, in complete darkness!Ĭlose your eyes and visualize the light of the sun above you. You don't need to be able to see the sun to do this. However, don't worry if it's a cold or gray and cloudy day. It’s really amazing to do this in direct sunlight where you can feel the warmth of the sun and the light.
